  Sarah is based at the offices in Boroughbridge where she provides support to the directors Peter and Martin.

• PR consultant David Moss-Blundell is a former national journalist with more than 20 years’ experience of working with the media.

  He cut his PR teeth as an account director within two Yorkshire-based marketing agencies before launching Ripon-based Green Lane PR in 2003.

  He handles all areas of PR, specialising in media relations and crisis management, and has experience in both the business-to-business or business-to-consumer spheres.

  Clients range from SMEs to large private sector businesses such as Compass Group and Wolseley Centers and public sector and governmental organisations including Business Link, One North East and Learning and Skills Council.

  David excels in launching new businesses, products and services in the media. He devises pro-active campaigns designed to give clients maximum exposure in national newspapers, TV and radio and the regional and trade press.

  Away from work he enjoys playing rugby, cricket and guitar, live music, cycling and hill walking with wife Lucy and terrier Belle.

• Steve has over 20 years experience developing and mentoring hundreds of SME's. He set up his business consultancy practice in 2005 after a long career in the world of corporate finance.

  Founded on his passion and his belief that it is the people that make the business, he has a great ability to build rapport with his clients, utilising his outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to quickly understand the key issues affecting the people and their business.

  Steve's specialist areas include business and strategic planning, funding, mentoring and grant applications. He has a Diploma in Performance Coaching (Business).

  He is a very keen sportsman and, particularly golf and football, coaches junior football and is a qualified FA coach.

• Claire has gained a wide range of marketing experience over the last eighteen years working for a number of blue chip companies.

  Her career in marketing has included roles in advertising, PR, promotions, internal communications, brand management and marketing planning and strategy.

  Since she has been working in partnership with RedSky Claire has really enjoyed the transition from working with large corporates to providing help and advice to a wide range of different businesses from start ups and small businesses to growth and high growth businesses. By sharing her knowledge and experience Claire has got the greatest satisfaction from being able to illustrate to her clients how marketing can really help to drive forward their business.

  When she is not chasing around after her young family Claire enjoys running, swimming and cooking.

• Alex is a hands-on person, who loves to get involved and stuck in, transforming companies, reinvented their identity and giving them an innovative and modern look. With an honours degree in graphic design, she worked in London with both large-scale enterprises such as Boots, JCDecaux and Buy a Gift, as well as smaller start-up companies.

  Two years ago Alex moved up north, and has built a client base which spans a variety of different sectors including Health and Beauty, Construction, Fashion and Food. After completing her CIM (Professional Certificate in Marketing) to compliment her design background, she focused on marketing, specialising on branding and targeting new markets.

  Alex is passionate about travelling and experiencing the world, and also just past her level one in British Sign Language.

  Vastly experienced in providing sound business and financial advice from start-up businesses to multi-million pound turnover companies, Martin's expertise lies in all aspects of business development, strategic planning and raising business finance.

  Martin has also undertaken several team leadership roles specialising in performance management, training and development, and is a qualified business coach/mentor.

  He has an extensive database of contacts in the wider business community and over the years has built up the skills required to truly add value to any type of business.

  He loves all sports especially football, badminton and tennis.

• Peter was employed for 27 years by Barclays as a corporate manager and in several team leadership roles before establishing RedSky in 2003.

  His expertise is in financial management, raising finance and general financial and business advice. Additionally, Peter has established and run several large teams and therefore has an extensive background in training & development as well as strategic planning, marketing, project and change management.

  Peter has also run a publishing business since 1992 and therefore has a great deal of 'hands-on' business experience. Also, over the years he has worked with literally thousands of businesses and therefore knows what makes the successful ones tick.

  He is a keen rock guitarist, pianist and sportsman. He is also the writer and creator of 'The Walkers' Pack' series of walking guides, and is the manager of up & coming rock band M.I.M.E
