Claire has been involved in marketing and developing businesses for nearly 15 years. Following her business degree, she worked establishing enterprises in Central and Eastern Europe in private language training.

She is very passionate about marketing, moving organisations to the next level and making them self-sustaining. As well as studying marketing to CIM diploma level, in 2004 Claire founded a highly successful specialist electrical controls company, together with her husband which they still run.

After working together with a number of companies helping to develop their marketing, Claire started her own free-lance marketing business in 2005. Now called ‘Flexible Marketing’, its vision is to provide organisations with the flexible support Claire felt was missing in the market place. She feels that working in partnership with the RedSky team provides a real synergy to give clients the support and expertise they need.
