Peter was employed for 27 years by Barclays as a corporate manager and in several team leadership roles before establishing RedSky in 2003.

His expertise is in financial management, raising finance and general financial and business advice. Additionally, Peter has established and run several large teams and therefore has an extensive background in training & development as well as strategic planning, marketing, project and change management.

Peter has also run a publishing business since 1992 and therefore has a great deal of 'hands-on' business experience. Also, over the years he has worked with literally thousands of businesses and therefore knows what makes the successful ones tick.
