Steve has over 20 years experience developing and mentoring hundreds of SME's. He set up his business consultancy practice in 2005 after a long career in the world of corporate finance.

Founded on his passion and his belief that it is the people that make the business, he has a great ability to build rapport with his clients, utilising his outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to quickly understand the key issues affecting the people and their business.

Steve's specialist areas include business and strategic planning, funding, mentoring and grant applications. He has a Diploma in Performance Coaching (Business).

He is a very keen sportsman and, particularly golf and football, coaches junior football and is a qualified FA coach.
