Gareth was a Commercial Manager at Barclays Bank for six years, before joining RedSky in 2013. He provided financial, as well as wider business, advice to hundreds of companies across a broad spectrum of industries, and from pre-start up to long-established multi-million pound companies.

He has also held senior management positions in the retail industry, specialising in performance management, team development and individual coaching.

Gareth’s expertise is in helping businesses develop a strategic plan for the future, implement that plan, and access the finance required. He believes that good communication is the key to success, and gets a real kick out of helping people achieve their goals.

Gareth enjoys endurance sports, and is Head Coach of Wakefield Triathlon Club.

I suggest stop looking at your typical high street banks and try Paul straight away. Saved me lots of hassle and head ache and manage to get me a loan middle on the pandemic and 2% cheaper to the closest competition. His not your typical 9 to 5 office worker sometimes we were exchanging emails at 9pm he was always available to talk and not once we felt he wasn’t the right guys.
