Andy has over 35 years experience in the finance industry working with Yorkshire Bank. During that time he has worked with a variety of businesses from start ups to PLC’s and across all sectors, advising on funding structures, cash flow, business and strategic planning.
Andy also has extensive leadership experience having led large regional teams across multi disciplinary functions and has highly developed skills in leadership, coaching and mentoring, marketing, business development and strategic planning.
Prior to joining RedSky Andy was Head of Business Relations at the Northern Powerhouse Partnership where he led their engagement with business across the north, feeding back the needs of business to senior politicians, developing links with the Local Enterprise Partnerships and speaking at public events on subjects such as access to finance. With his extensive background and network of contacts he has the skills to be able to add value to any business.
On the personal front Andy likes all sports but particularly golf and is married with two grown up children.
