Steve has over 20 years experience developing and mentoring hundreds of SME’s. He set up his business consultancy practice in 2005 after a long career in the world of corporate finance.

Founded on his passion and his belief that it is the people that make the business, he has a great ability to build rapport with his clients, utilising his outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to quickly understand the key issues affecting the people and their business.

Steve’s specialist areas include business and strategic planning, funding, mentoring and grant applications. He has a Diploma in Performance Coaching (Business).

He is a very keen sportsman and, particularly golf and football, coaches junior football and is a qualified FA coach.

I suggest stop looking at your typical high street banks and try Paul straight away. Saved me lots of hassle and head ache and manage to get me a loan middle on the pandemic and 2% cheaper to the closest competition. His not your typical 9 to 5 office worker sometimes we were exchanging emails at 9pm he was always available to talk and not once we felt he wasn’t the right guys.
